In response to the most frequently asked questions from dentist-clients, NDX Keller has created a robust library of more than 70 free online videos. Housed on its website and hosted using YouTube, the videos range from 30 seconds up to 1 hour.
“We focus on offering instructional help in areas we feel our own clients need,” says Barb Mittler, Marketing Director at NDX Keller, Fenton, MO, who promotes the videos with weekly posts on Facebook and via email. “Also, as part of the NDX network, more investment is planned to improve and expand the educational online platform.”
The majority of the videos are about the lab’s proprietary bite guard, NTI-tss Plus. Since it’s different than a typical bite guard, dentists tend to have a lot of questions.
