Tiara Dental Lab: Florida Lab Goes Bigger and Brighter in Turnkey Space

In December 2019, when the gorgeous end-unit next door to Tiara Dental Lab in Naples, FL, came up for sale, Owner Doug Baker jumped at the chance to buy it. While his current 1,750-square-foot rented space was adequate for his nine-person lab, “it just wasn’t ours,” Baker laments.


The 2,300-square-foot unit was essentially turnkey with an Italian marble countertop in the reception area, white wainscotting, tile and hardwood floors, and big, beautiful windows, a feature the Tiara staff loves. “It was such an appealing space; everything was top of the line and beautifully designed,” says Baker.


When Baker purchased the unit, he still had one year left on his existing lease, giving him and his wife, Cindy, ample time to plan the new lab, an undertaking made easier by the extra time they had during the COVID-19 shut down.
