A Breath of Fresh Air with Double the Space

In the past eight years, Express Dental Laboratory in Norman, OK, has grown from a small C&B operation to a 45-person full service lab, adding orthodontic appliances and printed digital dentures to its offerings. In addition to adding staff members, the lab installed a number of mills and large-scale 3D printers to facilitate the new workflows and, in the process, maxed out its existing 6,000-square-foot space. “We were so constrained; the lab was noisy and crowded and the space just wasn’t sustainable,” says Tra’ Chambers, Founder.

Early last year, he finalized the purchase of a 12,400-square-foot building in Moore, OK, only five miles from the old lab.
