Masters Of Dental Aesthetics, Inc.: Top Priorities: Space, Convenience

Veteran lab owner, Greg Sederlin, CDT, FICOI, MAAIP, has had his share of experience renovating laboratories. For instance, he’s now in the second location for his current lab, Masters Of Dental Aesthetics, Inc. (MODA) in Westlake Village, CA. This time around, it was all about convenience.


He and his partner, Boris Zukovski, MDT, Vice President, both moved from L.A. County to Ventura County and relocated the the lab to be within several miles of their respective homes. The area is less congested than L.A. County and has a lower cost of living, including lower sales and property taxes.


The ground-level lab is easily accessible and has free parking for the staff (he had previously been paying $75 per parking space). Formerly occupied by an oral surgeon, the new space is in a dentist-owned building that houses five dental offices, one of which is a MODA client so pickup and delivery is super easy.
