Jim and Ricky Hall: Teachers Who Share Both Technical and Business Skills

I’m extremely thankful to Jim and Ricky Hall, Co-Owners, Hall Brothers Dental Lab, Inc., Gastonia, NC. I joined their lab in 1981, right out of high school and, over the years, they’ve given me valuable knowledge and skills. They’ve taught me to create restorations conventionally—with materials by hand and with the quality they demand—and have allowed me to expand successfully into today’s technologies. I have honed those skills and gone on to earn my certification in crown and bridge.

Jim and Ricky have also demonstrated the traits successful business leaders need. We’ve developed a great relationship and respect for one another. We’ve also shared lots of laughs and learned many lessons as technicians and even about who we are outside of the lab.
