Cam Cheetham: Stellar Customer Service Ethic

I started working at NDX Lumident over 11 years ago and I’ve had the pleasure of being mentored by our Business Development Manager, Cam Cheetham.
The lab was originally owned by his father, Dean Cheetham, who is now retired. Cam started working part time for his Dad as a pick-up and delivery driver in 2003 and came on board full time in 2009 after earning his business degree at Purdue University.
At first, you could say I was helping show him the ropes of the fixed department. Little did I know that, very soon, he would be teaching me more than I could teach him.
Cam has a calm and thoughtful approach to customer service and satisfaction. He taught me to put aside my pride, think of the customer in terms of how I would want to be treated and that retaining the customer and their future business is key.
