Shortly after I opened up my lab, rumors began circulating about my business. My competitors were telling doctors that I didn’t actually own my lab, Faiz Dental Studio in Lawrenceville, GA. I had always been successful using social media to attract clients but I began to realize that unless we met face to face, dentists couldn’t be sure the rumors were unfounded.
I changed my approach, focusing on dental office sales calls and quickly learned the benefits: I’m able to present my passion for quality work and my sincere desire to help these doctors be successful, and they are able to evaluate me in person and verify my reputation.
