Taking Care of Employees Guarantees Success

When Barry Treasure, our founding “father,” started Treasure Dental Lab in 1968, he knew that it’s the employees who can make or break a successful business. He was adamant about treating his employees right, knowing that when you take good care of your people, they’re inclined to take good care of your business.

As his children and second-generation owners, my brother John and I have learned from his example and created a family atmosphere in the lab. We have Friday breakfasts, monthly staff lunches and semi-yearly work parties with spouses and/or families. We’ve taken numerous lab trips together over the years, everything from a day trip boating, visiting an amusement park or seeing a musical, to extended vacations to places like Hawaii, Mexico and Bear Lake, UT.
