A Clean, Modern Space Fit for High-End Work

When husband and wife Alexander and Danielle Wünsche purchased Zahntechnique in 2014, the 12-person, full service lab was located in a 2,500-square-foot building in Miami with small rooms and narrow hallways. The only way to access the lab was through an alley near a dive bar. “The lab’s work was premium but the location was not; there was always trash from the bar in our parking lot and entryway. We wanted a location that matched the quality of our work,” says Danielle.


They found a 5,000-square-foot warehouse space in the West Kendall neighborhood of Miami that was already well-configured and had a more open concept that would allow for more elbow room and an airier feel.
