Natural coloring and contours of the denture base, tooth shape modification, along with the highest quality in procedures and materials allow us to follow the course in changing the perception of denture fabrication and placement. Over 3 decades Matrix Dental Laboratory has morphed from only providing dental fabrications to clinical practitioners to other areas of dental technology such as manufacturing, laboratory, and single technician education and consulting as well. The word Matrix which means foundation or base was chosen well before the movie of the same name. Our mission has always been to provide a solid foundation or base for comprehensive fabrication and education in the area of removable to our clients and peers. Besides being an accomplished technician, I was fortunate to have been awarded the National Association of Dental Technology, 2017 Excellence in Education Award, for my contributions in presenting to and training fellow technicians in the specialty of removable prosthetics.
