Strategy: Building Production Control Features into Our Scheduling Software

RxWizard is our customized lab management software and customer portal. While it took 15 months of discussions and analyzing to complete, our effort has paid off tremendously and now we have a robust, integrated software platform that gives me incredible control over our internal production. Here are a few examples of the benefits:

• Control Over Workflow: Within the dentist portal, the customer can upload an STL file and then select from available due dates based on our pre-determined level of work. Once our production level for a specific type of case and day has been met, the software automatically eliminates that day as an option. This feature enables us to maintain an even workflow, plan ahead for staff shortages and guarantee 100% on-time shipping.
