Leadership: Finding Peace by Leading through Pain

Lab owners, or leaders in any organization, can all relate to the saying, “leadership is a lonely place.” It is a complex and demanding role that requires resilience, determination and the ability to navigate through pain.
Whether it’s pain resulting from your own mistakes, or external forces outside your control, the success of your lab requires acknowledging, diagnosing and treating pain with a vision for peace. This demands prioritization, vision, discipline and patience.
My hope is that sharing some of the principles I’ve learned during my entrepreneurial journey (and pain) at Harvest Dental will help you adopt the right mental framework and approach required to help you find peace if you feel this is missing in your work life.
