Paul Simpson, the Owner of our lab, is committed to giving back: he’s an active supporter of the Dental Lifeline Network and has inspired all of us to pitch in. We often get thank-you cards from patients whose lives have been changed with a new, beautifully crafted smile.

We also work together on local causes. For example, some team members recently participated in a bicycle-building event for the Boys and Girls Club of Kansas City and they’re still talking about how amazing it was to watch the kids come in and get their new bikes! The lab is planning more community outreach that involves our entire team; not only is it so beneficial to the community, but it is an amazing team bonding experience.

Paul is dedicated to ongoing education for our technicians; recently he has taken groups to LMT LAB DAY Chicago and to courses around the country...
