Ivoclar Vivadent Makes 'Big Splash' with New Digital Brand

With an exhibit space one-third larger than previous years and manned by 160 staff members, Ivoclar Vivadent introduced a whopping 54 new laboratory and clinical products at the IDS. 


The biggest news for laboratories? The launch of Ivoclar Digital, a new brand portfolio that comprises the company’s CAD/CAM products, including several exciting ones introduced at the show. “To me, Ivoclar Vivadent is the manufacturer who made the biggest splash, with four new mills, a new zirconia and advancements in digital dentures,” said IDS attendee Daxton Grubb, President, R-Dent Laboratory, Bartlett, TN.


The new mills that Grubb is referring to are the five-axis PrograMill units, including the PrograMill One—touted as “the world’s smallest five-axis milling machine”—and designed for small laboratories and dental practices.
