How he got his start: My uncle, Josh Walker, operated a C&B lab in his home and when I was little I loved watching him work. In 2010, he invited me to come work in the model room at Utah Valley where he now works as a ceramist. I did that for 10 months and then left to go to school. In 2015, I came back to the lab and, after trying my hand at diagnostic waxing, I found my niche and started waxing full time.
Industry mentor: In addition to my uncle, two ceramists here, Clint Bigelow and Phil Nebeker, have helped me get to where I am today; I can’t count the amount of hours Clint has spent in the last year alone helping me perfect my craft.
