Spectrum Killian Dental Lab Alliance in Acquisition Mode

One of the industry’s newest laboratory groups is in expansion mode, looking for laboratory owners to join either by consolidating into its Irvine, CA, main facility or by maintaining a stand-alone location. Formed earlier this year, the Spectrum Killian Dental Lab Alliance (SKDLA) is the result of the combination of Killian Dental Ceramics, Spectrum Dental Lab and Cambia Dental. This combination was made possible with an influx of capital and brainpower from Coppermine Capital and Chromium Capital Partners. SKDLA will be led by Tyler DeCotis, Executive Vice President, and Charbel Louis Karam, President & CEO, both from Chromium Capital.
