Two technicians need reviews, you’re running low on zirconia, an irate dentist is waiting for your call back and your scanner is on the fritz—again. Feeling overwhelmed with all you have to accomplish this week?
Consider prioritizing your daily tasks keeping the 85/10/5 rule in mind: You tend to invest 85% of your time doing tasks that anyone else could do, 10% of your time on actions that some people could handle and just 5% of your energy goes to work that only you can accomplish. Hone in on the critical 5% and recognize the remaining tasks that are easiest to delegate.
