Famed businessman Peter Drucker once said, “Meetings are a symptom of bad organization. The fewer meetings, the better.”
Meetings eat up the most valuable resource your team has—time—and when they’re unfocused or unproductive they can also drain team members’ energy, lower morale and lead to bad ideas.
