Patient Gets a Dramatic Anterior Makeover

The female patient in her 40s presented with a missing tooth #8. She didn’t want an implant so we decided to fabricate a three-unit bridge for teeth #7-9 as well as a single crown on #10. Because of the patient’s clenching habit, we chose Lava™ Esthetic full contour zirconia in shade A2 for its strength and esthetics. I designed the case using exocad software, milled the restorations using the Zenotec select from Ivoclar, colored them in the green stage using Zenostar® M2 color in shade A2, also from Ivoclar, and then sintered the restorations.

The dentist, patient and I are extremely pleased with the results.
