NADL's Vision 21 Shares Strategies for Success

Themed Your Rx for Success! and held at the ARIA Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, the speakers offered a wealth of information on employee recruitment and engagement, marketing and building client relationships.

Garrison Wynn, CPS, Wynn Solutions, kicked off the event with his keynote presentation, Change is Mandatory…But Stress is Optional. “Making people feel valuable and focusing much more on their strengths than weaknesses allows everything else you do to get better results,” he said, noting that in the face of an ongoing labor shortage, the key to winning the talent war depends, in part, on your ability to accept people for who they are, not who you want them to be.
