IDS in a Pandemic: Smaller Crowds but Still Prime for Product Launches

Traditionally held every other March, the International Dental Show in Cologne, Germany was postponed to September 22-25 this year due to COVID-19 and was smaller in scale than usual, with 23,000 visitors and 830 exhibiting companies. For the first time, the show also included a virtual component through the IDSconnect digital platform, which featured additional exhibitors, seminars and networking opportunities.
