How to Optimize Models and Dies for Accuracy, Detail and Consistency

Precise models and dies are the foundation for success of any C&B restoration. Small bubbles (shown below) can necessitate repours; a single repour doubles your labor cost for model/cast preparation. Now with the accuracy of digital model scanning, the need for bubble-free, smooth models is even more critical.
