How to Fabricate a Highly Esthetic Partial Denture

With today’s focus on highly cosmetic restorations and appliances, patients want functional, natural-looking removable partial dentures. Proper material selection is a key part of ensuring patient satisfaction.
Treatment Plan:
A female patient in her late 40s was partially edentulous and had PFM restorations with a lot of recession around the gingival areas and some broken porcelain. She was considering implants and new C&B restorations but, in the meantime, wanted to address the edentulous areas in her mouth with an esthetic, cost-effective solution.
The dentist decided to fabricate an acrylic transitional partial for teeth #2-4 and #9-11.
