Hiroaki Tada’s Darth Maul recreation, complete with full upper and lower dentures, took first place in all five categories of the Arts Competition. Tada, Vice President of Ultimate Styles Dental Laboratory in Irvine, CA, spent eight months on the project and was inspired by artwork made by his mentor, Naoki Hayashi, President of Ultimate Styles Dental Laboratory.
As part of his DTG presentation, Richard Greenlees, Christchurch, New Zealand, painted this 20’ by 10’ mural, Evolution of a Revolution. He will be auctioning off the mural at LMT LAB DAY Chicago at the Hyatt Regency Chicago on February 24-25; it will be on the LAB DAY registration hall level.
