Lately, there’s been plenty of buzz around AI in lab production. But with AI dominating business news in general, I wanted to explore how lab owners and managers are applying AI tools to the business and administrative aspects of their work.


I reached out to hundreds of readers and got a terrific—and divided—response; thank you all! Some owners/managers remain firmly against AI, citing a preference for “using our own brains to succeed.” Others have just started experimenting with it, while many are discovering that AI is a powerful tool for handling the administrative aspects of their business; some even call it “indispensable.”
