In his open letter to the industry, Jim Glidewell shares his respect and admiration for his fellow lab owners and technicians. “I’m sincerely proud to be part of our industry of winners. I want you to know I consider you all brothers and sisters. Even though on occasion we may fight like siblings, we’ll never stop sharing the bond that unites us, or stop sharing our commitment to dentists and patients,” he writes.


Reading Jim’s letter, I started thinking about the many examples of industry members who are stepping up to help unite our community, share their knowledge and inspire and uplift one another.
