DOF Introduces New Face Scanner and Mill

DOF USA Inc. launched the SNAP face scanner, a small, portable device combined with a high-performance tablet that allows for easy stationary and mobile face scanning. Its unique workflow uses scan targets to accurately align jaw scans to face scan data and integrates with CAD designs for virtual diagnostics, full-arch prosthetics and more.
In addition, the company showcased a new milling machine, the Sharp2 Plus. It offers efficiency-boosting features such as five-axis simultaneous processing, dry and wet milling options, 12-station automatic tool changer, high-quality electric IBAG spindle and automatic calibration. The user-friendly MotionApp technology operates machine diagnostics, calibration, milling processes and tool-life management all from the integrated PC.
