Axsys Dental Solutions Adds Two Mills to Product Portfolio

Axsys Dental Solutions launched two new industrial-quality, five-axis mills. Expanding on the capabilities of the Versamill 5XS, the new Versamill 5X400 is compact and has a 10-station ATC, enhanced rigidity and vibration dampening, and higher accuracy and repeatability without continuously recalibrating. It processes most milling materials, including titanium, and allows you to quickly manufacture restorations without heavy margin reinforcement or post-machining hand work.


The benchtop Versamill 5X-300D fabricates conventional crown and bridge work and more complex indications in dry millable materials. “While extremely compact, the 5X-300D is constructed using the technology found in ‘full-frame’ CNC industrial machines, providing higher precision; thin, clean margins; and reliable performance,” said Steve Braykovich, President and CEO.
