3Shape Launches Innovations to Boost Lab Profits

At its Midwinter Meeting Press Conference, 3Shape’s Rune Fisker, Vice President Product Strategy, explained the company’s new products and services for laboratories, including: 


Updated Denture Design software that features new material and manufacturing options and a full range of lab workflows. Some of the highlights include: designing single-arch dentures using customized teeth while adapting to the antagonist using the virtual articulator; integration of major denture teeth libraries; ability to align and merge gypsum and impression scans; and a try-in workflow.


An in-scanner articulator holder for 3Shape E scanners that enables the user to scan articulator-fixed models directly; it’s compatible with all articulators.
