3D Printing
- Some helpful tips for 3D printing:
- During the data preparation phase, place the object to be printed in the center of the platform to optimize printing. Orient the object horizontally to reduce slicing layers and print time, or vertically to print more objects simultaneously.
- Use a hollow design for models to reduce material cost.
- Before printing, check the resin tank and build platform. If there’s resin residue from prior print jobs, use a filter or white image exposure to remove it. Ensure the printer is ground-horizontal and relative-parallel from platform to tray. Also make sure the resin tank is not worn out and the printing area light is sufficient and balanced.
- In the cleaning phase, adjust the finished product’s angle in the ultrasonic bath accordingly for a thorough cleaning. While it’s in the bath, remove the air bubbles from the product’s cavity using vibration...
