There is much more to zirconia restorations than just milling and coloring. Al Fillastre, CDT, incorporates the concepts of function and occlusion into the designs in order to consistently produce successful and functional zirconia restorations without grinding and compromising strength and efficacy. He covers full arch vs. quads; full-frame vs. plastic articulators; proper use of 3Shape's Virtual Articulator; proper green-state finishing; a specific technique to ensure accurate shade matching; and the polishing/glazing of zirconia restorations.
