Often times the most challenging part of complicated cases is the accurate and clear communication of case details. Not getting the right photos for case planning and shade analysis can easily compromise a case from the very start. Knowing the detailed concerns and expectations of the patient are also extremely important to a successful outcome. Mitch Hurst, CDT, covers protocols for improving communication between lab and dental office, and discusses some of his failures along the way.
