Hi Pam. We hire ONLY trained (Or we train them) Dental techs. and in MOST cases ceramists to be our CAD/CAM folks.
We believe it is the only way to delay the 'Commidization" of our craft. In addition, In our marketing materials we use two (2) taglines typically. "When it matters most, choose Gardali". This is for our aesthetic zone and implant supported focus. I also utilize "Digitally Designed / Artisan Perfected". An attempt to maintain the dental tech thumbprint on a CAD/CAM crown.
