Let me say more. I believe laboratories do Dentists and Dentistry a grave injustice by NOT telling the TRUTH. I don't need a survey or a study to tell you that MOST labs do very good work. 80% of the equation is determined by what the Dentist provides. In my laboratory, we take 1000% responsibility for that case upon arrival. If we can't work with what I have...it precipitates communication. It's NOT implying we don't make poor cases work...I AM saying tell the TRUTH, communicate with the Dentist and try to teach or minimally suggest better Dentistry. We ALL lose if we don't.
