I spoke with a lab yesterday about introducing a digital dentist interface for the lab as well as the digital impressions that were being sent. He said it perfectly "I don't want to be in the situation where I'm boasting about being the most technologically advanced lab and then turn around and ask them to fill out a paper prescription!"
