Zubler Debuts New Materials and Equipment

Zubler USA added the Vario Press 300.eZR pressing/ceramic oven to its Vario Press line which has the additional capability of a Time-Temperature Control mode. “This allows for programmable linear cooling that prevents cracks and fractures due to CTE mismatch,” said Chris Wilson, Vice President. The oven also features an Advanced Press™ process for lithium disilicate ceramics.


In addition, the company launched:



  • Two new zirconias made from 100% Tosoh powder, offering excellent biocompatibility: Tusk HTZ is a high-strength, high-translucency material for full contour restorations; and Tusk HST is for high-strength zirconia structures.

  • New to the U.S. market, Zubler conceptVest for pressing ceramics. It’s optimized for lithium disilicate, is strong, easy-to-use and consistent and offers smooth surfaces and a minimal reaction layer.
