“I’m curious what the industry standards are for collections, including what percentage of a laboratory’s total monthly billing is collected by different points of the month, how many regularly charge clients’ credit cards, do they pass processing fees onto clients, etc.,” Bill Atkission, Bella Vita Dental Designs, Arden, NC, asked in an email to LMT.
