D&S Dental Lab: 50 Years of Empathy, Excellence and Evolution

When Dick and Sally Pilsner founded D&S Dental Lab in 1972, it was a self-described “mom and pop denture shop.” Now, 50 years later, the operation looks entirely different—it’s a certified, digital, full service laboratory with 120 employees in five locations—but the Pilsners’ core philosophy still holds true.

“We remain squarely focused on both our external and internal customers,” says Steve Daggett, Lab Manager, who has been with the lab for 40 years. “When you’re adding value to your customers, both inside and outside, that builds a good team.”
