Restorative Challenge: Dr. Yaste first saw the patient five years ago when he presented with severe decay and missing teeth. His treatment plan included removing all teeth and placing immediate dentures. Six months later, the immediate dentures were soft relined and, due to financial constraints, the patient later chose to have them hard relined for the final prostheses. Since then, the dentures had broken and been repaired twice.
