Restorative Challenge: The patient presented with severe periodontal problems and bone loss resulting in maxillary and mandibular terminal dentition. Esthetics and functional occlusion had to be addressed to meet the patient’s expectations and desires. Note the existing position and incisal relationship of the anterior teeth; the interferences in lateral and protrusive excursive movements would have to be eliminated in the digital design.
