Public Invited to Comment on Proposed Tariffs on Imported Restorations
In April, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Notice proposed an additional duty of 25% on products imported from China. According to the USTR notice, “The U.S. Trade Representative has determined that the acts, policies, and practices of the Government of China related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation…are unreasonable or discriminatory and burden or restrict U.S. commerce.” (Read the full notice.)
