Good Build-Up Liquids for Dsign Porcelain?

I have used Nu build for over 30 years  - If new  is left in a wet tray for extended periods of time 2 to 3 weeks - it will get concentrated and cause the porcelain to get a clay /pasty consistency that will cause lift offs.  if the porcelain mix dries out and is re wet - small bubbles occur.
