    Jim Erb, CDT, is a Dental Laboratory Consultant for ProLab Solutions, Inc. He received his dental laboratory training at Durham Technical Community College and in the U.S. Navy. He is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and has been in the dental industry for over 40 years. Jim has also worked at the bench, spent 11 years with Johnson & Johnson Dental Products Company and 14 years with DENTSPLY International.
