Note: This seminar is from a past LAB DAY show
Using desktop 3D printing, labs can now fabricate high-precision surgical guides at a cost-effective price. Timothy Hart, DDS, explains how this technology has evolved, how decreased production costs increase adoption of computer-guided surgery and how to effectively and profitably operate at scale in a lab. He also offers a hands-on demonstration of the whole process, from scanning, designing, 3D printing and post-processing.
