The Preat Choice Digital Library is a toolkit to solve difficult implant cases. Sevan Pulurian, CDT, covers how to maneuver these screw-retained cases and deliver results. Dynamic Angled Abutments, Ti bases with various heights and temporary cylinders are all used to decrease work and frustration, reduce chairtime and improve case acceptance.
