Dr. John Carollo, DMD, discusses the Invisalign patient including the transition from aligners to the retention of the orthodontic patient who also has obstructive sleep apnea and/or snoring. He presents how to take the appropriate clinical records and record the vertical and horizontal jaw position for an oral sleep appliance, and discusses thermoformed oral appliances vs. CAD/CAM oral appliances.
