Scott Atkin, RMDT, RCDT, compares three different techniques for creating full-arch implant dentures, including the traditional titanium bar method using denture teeth, full contour zirconia and the nano-ceramic hybrid technique (using Crystal Ultra and Crystal Trilor). He discusses cases where one approach might be better than another, and presents the mechanical and esthetic strengths and weaknesses of each type of full-arch restoration.
