Suggestions for consulting fees?

I've been asked to setup a full service lab. Can anyone offer suggestions as to what to charge for consulting fees and what that should be included in service and support? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Why should you bother to set up a full service lab.Everyone is sending cases to china for outsourcing.


    You can also do this.
