Questions about Zirkon Zahn milling machines and troubleshooting?

So as of late we have been having some issues with our M5 and M1 milling machines from Zirkon Zahn where they have been "eating" our pucks or destroying them completely. It looks like they have deviated from their tool paths even though they are freshly calibrated and our network is running optimally. Any thoughts or references?
