From SPECTRAFIRE/JSE DENTAL MFG, the Life Essence shading system is comprised of shading frits and glaze, scan spray and a digital shade analysis program. The frits and Fluorescent Ultra clear glaze spray are both designed to shade and enhance yttria zirconium and lithium disilicate restorations; the glaze is 10%+ clearer than other glazes, according to the company, and adds translucence, depth and vitality to monolithic units. The 3-micron scan spray is ideal for wax, metal, printed or gypsum casts, and impressions. The shade analysis program uses a digital photo on your smartphone to find the ideal shade and translucency for your restoration. System components are available individually or as a kit.
